Czech-Slovak co-production <a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/ice-mother\/\"><em>Ice Mother<\/em><\/a> by Bohdan Sl\u00e1ma is selected for Competition and creative documentary <a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/occupation-1968\/\"><em>Occupation 1968<\/em><\/a>, produced by Slovak documentarian Peter Kerekes will be introduced in world premiere.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Co-production <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/ice-mother\/\"><em>Ice Mother <\/em><\/a><\/strong>(dir. Bohdan Sl\u00e1ma) will compete with ten most remarkable fiction features and six documentaries of the last two production years. The film recently took home six <a href=\"http:\/\/filmovaakademie.cz\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Czech Lion Awards<\/a> and Slovak actress Zuzana Kronerov\u00e1 won the Slovak national <a href=\"https:\/\/slnkovsieti.sk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Sun in a Net<\/a> Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role.<\/p>\n<p>Roadmovie <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/the-interpreter\/\"><em>The Interpreter<\/em><\/a><\/strong> by Martin \u0160ul\u00edk and second feature film <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/little-harbour\/\"><em>Little Harbour<\/em><\/a><\/strong> by Iveta Gr\u00f3fov\u00e1 will be presented within the Specials section, focused on contemporary new jewels from the festival circuit and old treasures from the archives. Both films were world premiered at Berlinale IFF where <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/little-harbour\/\"><em>Little Harbour <\/em><\/a><\/strong>won the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berlinale.de\/en\/das_festival\/preise_und_juries\/preise_generation\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Crystal Bear<\/a> award.<\/p>\n<p>Section Praha 1968 presents films reflecting Eastern and Central Europe of the late Sixties and films that were made at this time. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/eshop\/uncategorized\/2dvd-man-who-lies-eden-and-after\/\"><em>The Man Who Lies<\/em><\/a><\/strong> (dir. Alain Robbe-Grillet) plays with the rules of storytelling and the line between truth and lie. Co-production documentary <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/occupation-1968\/\"><em>Occupation 1968<\/em><\/a><\/strong> (dir. Evdokia Moskvina, Linda Dombrovszky, Maria Elisa Scheidt, Magda Szymkow, Stephan Komandarev), produced by Peter Kerekes will be introduced in world premiere. Five short films, shot from perspectives of the countries from within the Warsaw Pact that occupied Czechoslovakia in 1968, are connecting into one documentary about the Occupation, as seen through the eyes of the occupiers.<\/p>\n<p>The organizers of the festival have decided to present recent films that are bringing together cinematic treats that delighted audiences in the theatres and at the festivals. Bioskop section will introduce <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/the-line\/\"><em>The Line <\/em><\/a><\/strong>(dir.
