Five Slovak projects are present at the marketplace which takes place online on June 21 \u2013 24, 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Four Slovak projects are part of a matchmaking session and will meet with international sales agents. The films are: <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/dezo-hoffmann-photographer-of-the-beatles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dezo Hoffmann \u2013 Photographer of The Beatles<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, directed by Patrik Lan\u010dari\u010d and produced by Trigon Production; <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/the-boundaries-of-fidelity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Boundaries of Fidelity<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, directed by Diana Fabi\u00e1nov\u00e1 and produced by Arina; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/the-cathedral\/\"><em>The Cathedral<\/em><\/a>,<\/strong> directed by Denis Dobrovoda and produced by Kolsa Films SK; and <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/a-happy-man\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A Happy Man<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, directed by So\u0148a Gy\u00e1rf\u00e1\u0161 Lutherov\u00e1 and produced by Azyl Production.<\/p>\n<p>Silvia Pan\u00e1kov\u00e1 of Arina will also represent Slovakia at Meet the Central &amp; Eastern European Delegation, a panel discussion that will present film industry and co-production opportunities of the region to the international audience.<\/p>\n<p>Slovak Film Institute has a virtual pavilion at the marketplace where international film professionals can find information about Slovak films, film industry and the SFI.<\/p>\n<p>Slovak project <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/fakir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fakir<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, directed by Roman \u010euri\u0161 and produced by Bright Sight Pictures, was selected to be part of <a href=\"https:\/\/dokweb.net\/activities\/ex-oriente-film\/2021\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ex Oriente Film<\/a>. First session of the three-part workshop dedicated to development of the documentary films also takes place during Sunny Side of the Doc.<\/p>\n<p>Slovak-Czech delegation at Sunny Side of the Doc is organized by SFI in co-operation with Czech <a href=\"https:\/\/asociaceproducentu.cz\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Audiovisual Producers&#8217; Association<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/dokweb.net\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Institute of Documentary Film<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Sunny Side of the Doc, an international market for documentary cinema, gives a special attention to Central and Eastern European region this year.
