{"id":59539,"date":"2026-10-15T14:11:53","date_gmt":"2026-10-15T12:11:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/?post_type=novinka&#038;p=59539"},"modified":"2026-10-17T17:36:32","modified_gmt":"2026-10-17T15:36:32","slug":"brno-16-2026","status":"publish","type":"novinka","link":"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/news\/brno-16-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Seven Slovak short films compete at the 67th BRNO16 festival"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seven Slovak short-length films directed exclusively by women will be presented at the 67th edition of the<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brno16.cz\/\"><strong>International Short Film Festival BRNO16<\/strong><\/a> <strong>(14\u201318 October 2026).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Czecho-Slovak 16 competition section will offer a diverse selection of seven short films. The animated film <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/eeny-meeny-miny-moe\/\" data-type=\"film\" data-id=\"55626\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe!<\/a><\/em><\/strong> by director Andrea Szelesov\u00e1 (SK co-prod. asnze), which premiered at the Berlinale, travels to Brno following its participation in several international festivals. The programme will also include the satirical documentary <em><a href=\"https:\/\/sfu.sk\/en\/films\/greetings-from-rhodes\/\" data-type=\"film\" data-id=\"44612\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Greetings from Rhodes<\/strong><\/a><\/em> by Viera \u010c\u00e1kanyov\u00e1 (SK prod. gu\u010da films), which premiered at the IFFR.
