The aim of these is to contribute to strengthening the cultural and creative sectors, including encouraging adaptation to digital technologies, testing innovative approaches to audience development and testing of new business and management models. In addition it encourages cooperation across the value chain of the audiovisual industry and at EU level in order to scale up enterprises and European content globally nurtures talents \u2013 wherever
