Synopsis
A family drama about the relationship between an eccentric father, who believes in the impending end of the world, and his daughter, fleeing with her two girls from an abusive husband to start anew. Living on the forest’s edge, the Old man involves his granddaughters in his survival plans. When the girls leave into the deep woods, tensions rise with their father’s arrival and the hunters’ interference. Tragic events lead to reconciliation, giving Marta hope for a new beginning.
