Synopsis
The Wasteland is a movie about a woman who lives in the desert. She obtains her livelihood from a solitary tree next to which she spends most of her life. However, one day, pink petals fall from the sky. It’s something beautiful that she has never seen before, so she decides to go in search of the place from where the petals drifted. She embarks on an exhausting journey repeatedly. Slowly, the woman loses hope that she will ever find something more in life than just the harsh sand.
