Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF) lasts nearly the entire month of November (8–24 November 2024), and this year again, many Slovak films will be screened in Estonia.
For the first time in the history of Slovak cinema, a new soundtrack is being released for the legendary animated film The Bloody Lady. Electroacoustic composer Claire Rousay presents her album The Bloody Lady, offering her unique musical interpretation of Viktor Kubal's iconic 1980 animated film.
The Film Festival Cottbus has begun (November 5 – 10). This year, it also features a rich representation of Slovak films, also thanks to a section focusing on works by young Czech female directors.
