Synopsis
The animated documentary opens up the topics of mental health. Its main goal is to point out the fact that they are a part of our everyday life, that they need to be de-tabooed, talked about and sought for solutions and prevention. The main characters of the film are the 3 most common psychological problems – Depression, Anxiety and Eating Disorder. Through their stories and experiences supplemented by the opinions of experts, we try to understand them and get a picture of how our brain works.
